SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY
Here we identify which lifecycle’s phase has the highest environmental impact. We also communicate with the stakeholders of the relevant lifecycle phase to better understand the areas for improvements.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After highlighting the product’s impact parameters, we develop various design concepts. References projects are gathered for inspiration. 3 to 5 concepts are developed and represented with rough sketches.
FEEDBACK GATHERING
The concepts are then presented to the client to gather feedback. When the right direction has been selected, we go forward with the selected concept to the next phase.
If the client requires, user’s feedback can also be gathered as an additional option.

FROM SKETCH TO 3D MODEL
From initial sketches a digital model is then generated. 3d models help visualising idea into a clearer and presentable format, showing the product’s functionality.
MATERIALS AND LIGHTING
We add the right materials and lighting conditions in order to generate a more realistic representation of the product. Advanced 3D modeling techniques are used to obtain a photorealistic digital version of the product. Animated images can also be produced to show the prodcut’s functionality.
PRODUCT IN CONTEXT
When the right materials and lighting conditions have been selected, we generated visualas and place them in context in order to showcase the product in use.

3D MODEL REFINMENT
3d printing and digital fabrication tools enable a quick transition from computers to testing the physical products. We make sure the 3D model produced is in the right format to be processed by 3D printers.
PROTOTYPE
We work with suppliers which can product high quality 3D printed prototypes in short timespans. This enables to obtain realistic physical prototypes.
PRODUCTION
Depending on how well established the client’s supply chain is, we can also recommend material suppliers as well as serial manufacturers.
